Hello Elizabeth,

 I am adding breathing exercise video with my daughter, she is 8 years old and Love and kindness meditation with my 8 years old daughter and 14 years old son. We are practicing breathing exercise almost every day to help ourselves to stay in the moment.

I was enjoying so much this course, I learned so many new ways , how to help children and even myself to stay calm , relax and in the moment. Even mindful eating practice and mindful walking help me so much to concentrate and be grateful for my life . I know for sure that I am going deeper into the study’s, and I would like to do another mindfulness course for adults. Thank you so much for this amazing course I will continue to study more.
